Control of Aflatoxins in Poultry Feed by Using Yeast

چکیده

The present study aimed to determine the detoxification potential of food industry by-products such as yeast sludge against harmful effects aflatoxins on broilers. objective this was compare binding capacity fractions i.e. cell wall (YSCW) and solubles (YSCS) different levels AFB1 AFG1. Yeast sonicated into walls soluble. A total 300 one-day-old chicks were randomly divided 10 treatments with three replicates per treatment ten replicate. included negative control, positive control AFG1, adsorbents combinations AFG1 offered AFs (50, 100, 150 µg/kg) without toxin binder in feed while remaining 0.5% YSCW YSCS binders at a factorial arrangement. Feed water provided timely great accuracy. Aflatoxins showed significant effect production, slaughtering, serum chemistry parameters. exhibited production slaughtering parameters chicks. also biochemical mineral profile results confirmed that natural are economically effective commercial poultry production.
